1 large (or 2 small) grapefruit
2 large sweet apples
2 carrots (or 10 baby carrots)
1 small beet
1 small knob ginger
1 small lemon, juiced
1/2 cup filtered water
Instructions: Peel the skin of your grapefruit and ginger and chop them up into smaller pieces along with your apples and carrots. Remove the greens of your beet and chop it up, as well. Slice a small lemon in half and squeeze out its juices. Throw your chopped grapefruit, ginger, apples, carrots, and beets into the blender and pour in your lemon juice and filtered water. Cover it up and give it a thorough blend until it’s nice and smooth.
Green Grapefruit Juice
1/2 ruby grapefruit
1 celery stalk
1 handful of ice
Instructions: Peel your both your grapefruit and lime. Slice your grapefruit, cucumber, and apple in half and chop them all up into smaller pieces along with your lime and celery stalk. Make sure you’ve left some ice to freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours or more. Throw your grapefruit, lime, celery, and apple into the blender. Take out your ice, pour it in with your ingredients, and give it a whirl until your ice is fully crushed.
Grapefruit, Carrot, and Ginger Juice
1 inch ginger
Instructions: Peel both your grapefruits and your ginger. Chop up your grapefruits and ginger along with your carrots. Press all your ingredients in the juice extractor until you get sufficient liquid for one cup.
Berry Grapefruit Juice
1 1/3 cups ruby grapefruit juice
8 large strawberries
2 medium bananas
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry-banana yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice
Instructions: Slice up your grapefruits and squeeze out the juice until you have about 1 and 1/3rd cups of it. Slice your bananas into coins. Make sure that you’ve left some ice in the freezer to freeze for about 4 hours or longer. Put your bananas and strawberries into the blender. Pour in your yogurt, grapefruit juice and put in about 2 tablespoons of honey. Once you’re ready to blend everything up, take out your ice from the freezer, put it in the blender, and whirl it all up until your ice is nice and crushed.
Cucumber Grapefruit Juice
1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Instructions: Peel your cucumber and slice it up into smaller pieces. Slice your grapefruit in half and squeeze out its juices until you have about half a cup of liquid. Slice your orange in half and do the same. Just squeeze out its juices until you have half a cup. Put your cucumber in the blender, pour in your grapefruit and orange juice and give it a thorough blend.
Grapefruit and Lettuce Juice
1 pink grapefruit
1 bunch mint
1 head romaine lettuce
Instructions: Peel the skin off of your grapefruit and oranges. Slice them up into smaller pieces if needed. Then, press your oranges, grapefruit, mint, and romaine lettuce in a juice extractor until you have 1 serving of grapefruit and lettuce green juice.
Grapefruit and Fennel Juice
1 medium red grapefruit
1 medium fennel bulb
2 green apples
½ medium lemon
Instructions: Peel your lemon and grapefruit. Slice up the lemon in half and cut it into smaller chunks along with your grapefruit apples and fennel. Then, press your apples, grapefruit, lemon and fennel one by one in your juice extractor until you have 1 serving of grapefruit and fennel juice.
